We need three new tags IMHO. Theory, Findings, Facts. The first can be any post, if the claim is substantiated by more than (x number) other MOD at this point it moves to findings and if the staff just feel its pure evidence and they got the receipts they move it to fact and sticky. What do you think.

Do we link to supporting information once its declared fact? If not that would be a great thing to do.
