I did some research and found the same thing. Check the counties surrounding Hennepin county MN. Every one is republican, and every one had a 3-4% decrease for Trump over 2016 and a 3-4% increase in Biden over Hillary in 2016. Note, Gary Johnson got 4% in some of these areas, and JoJo only got 1%. Seems as though all Libertarians went to Biden.
