not a commie operative, but isn't it possible that many boomers that didn't like trumps 'tweets' voted for Biden, but then voted straight R downballot?

my parents have always been republican, but the media got to them and my Dad told me they could not in good faith vote Trump, so they voted Biden but then voted straight Republican downballot.
