it looks like it is close to washington dc. could be population increases, more democrat types moving in
could be very high turnout of specific demographics like women, young people,etc
but if the increase is very high for democrats and there is no good explanation it could be some funny business with the votes... fake absentee ballots, ballot stuffing, missing trump votes, dominion software "glitches" not saying that is the case but i wouldn't rule out any possibility right now
look at prince william county in virginia
my data shows Trump votes up from 71,721 in 2016 to 76,368 meanwhile, Hillary had 113,144 and Biden had 139,587
