thing is, it's for the election. so if Trump gets in by the 12th amendment - i think they count that as a Biden win as technically Biden "won" then election.
but if they find fraud, recount properly minus fake ballots and system "glitches" , and trump wins the election - bet comes in. -- this is what i am betting on and hopeful for our democracy.
