As someone who has worked at a real pig farm...nah, you never get over the stench, filth, and just plain nastiness of the job. You just become immune to it while you're there because you have to.
And I could tell you some tales about what is going on within the pork industry by the big commercial farms! (hint: might want to buy your pork locally and if you can't -- make sure you cook that shit really well, just sayin').
I suppose one could go with the analogy, but I'll go with "Chaotic Neutral", even though I've never had an interest in D&D. 4chan appears to be many things all at once and not really definable. I go my way; it goes its way; sometimes (like now) we cross paths.
The people of 4chan is a weird hivemind. You can't expect it to do anything. It will do what it wants. If it wants to troll a B-list celeb in a game of "capture the flag", then it will do that. If it wants to raid some popular website and mess with unimportant contests just for the lulz, it might do that too.
