That's should be a dangerous super-spreader event right there but I guess if Janet Reno got away with Waco, and Clinton got away with TWA 800 and Obama and Holder got away with arming Mexican cartel murderers with Fast and Furious (bonus points for anyone in the class that remembers how Eric Holder got Mark Rich a pardon)... then I guess that's all easy peasy small lentils in the grand schema of all the horrors.
