Why would Pelosi get to be the ruler? Feinstein is just as nasty and corrupt as she is, but with the bonus of not being a drunk. Yes, I know Feinstein is a senator and the Speaker of the House succession rules etc, but if you consider force of personality, Feinstein's a nasty gremlin who would not give up control either.
