There's about 82,000 people over the age of 100 in the USA, and 10 million people in Georgia.
Assuming an even distribution, that's about 2400 people over the age of 100 there.
1000 voters is not out of the realm of possibility, and at 41% voter turnout in that population, seems reasonable.
They absolutely SHOULD call these people, but I see nothing here that indicates these numbers are fishy.
