When they run the ballots again and again, does it scan the same serial number/barcode? If so, that should be easy to detect.
The counter must be programmed to over ride the barcode. If it wasn’t it wouldn’t keep counting the same ballots over and over like the whistle blower said. They were shoving 50 only Biden votes through the 40 machines 8-10 times in batches as whistle blower said over two days. Each of the 40 machines adding 500 votes at a time over two days or more wouldn’t be noticed but if all 40 machines were doing it that’s 20,000 votes each time they did it and she said she noticed it thousands of times.
