Yeah that sucks. I wouldn't mind a small minimum wage increase, but it's a $15 wage by 2027. That's a near doubling of the minimum wage in a 6 year timespan. They are going to have to raise our state sales tax to accommodate it, because the increased wages of government employees will end up costing the state an additional 500 billion dollars annually. It barely passed as well. Constitutional amendments require 60% of the vote and it got 60.02%
