Pretending to be President doesn't give you Presidential Powers. Joe is breaking the law contacting foreign Govts prior to Electors casting their votes. It's a Coup!

All the chatter about the Logan Act got me thinking... The Logan Act, would only apply if Joe were actually President Elect, correct? Right now Joe is just a Presidenti Candidate, basically a Private Citizen, 'acting' like he's President Elect. Contacting foreign Governments trying to garner support against a sitting President would therefore fail under Espionage? ... Treason perhaps?
