Is there a Libel, Civil, or class action suit here? The media is daily calling Joe Biden President Elect, he is not. There is no refuting that. It's Constitutional Law. Can we get an injunction forcing them to say Presumed President Elect, or something along those lines. The backpeddling by the media would wake a lot of people up. If this has any merit, then let's goooooo! No time to waste. The media is doing irreversible damage.
