“What we do is take fractions of Trump votes from Republican precincts, and switch them to Biden votes in Democrat precincts.”

“Uh it’s very complicated, it’s aggregate so we are talking about fractions of votes across the country, and over time they add up to a lot of votes.”

“Oh, so you’re going to get a lot of votes, right?”
