It was not a bug. It was a feature. Its called weighted voting (or something like that according to Ayyadurai) and it allows giving more weightage to one candidate compared to the other. No one knows why this feature would be needed at all.

what I would like to know why we unstickied that video. to me that is (so far) the most damning irregularity concerning the dominion software we have.
