Correct. 4 and 5. which if you have a hot stack (50) of all or mostly biden ballots, this would be the reasoning if theyre running them through multiple times. However, I am yet to see it clarified where the numbers that are being applied to benford's law are coming from? Is it the individual batches running through the machines? Is it compiled totals being reported? I have no idea.
