So you won't be able to get any large groups thrown out at once. You will literally have to prove it vote by vote for a judge to agree to throw out a potential citizens vote... Which is exactly how judges are going to look at it...
Of course witness testimony is important in just about every other criminal/civil trial in this country but it works a little bit differently when it comes to election cases..... The threshold here is much much higher because the alternative if the Court's wrong is canceling out legitimate votes of citizens and violating their constitutional rights.
Of course people are going to say that the other side has already been violated which is absolutely true, but that doesn't change the threshold of what I just said.... It's just like getting a call reversed in sports after the play is completely over, or even worse, after the game is completely over.... it is very very very difficult.

What struck me is that the state does not track anything about the individual who is checking voters in (and printing ballots) on Election Day. There's one login ID for each laptop that everyone uses to check voters in. I asked "Don't they track which poll worker produced which ballots for voters checking in?" and all I got were a couple of shoulder shrugs.

I just did a hand count in NC. You can’t audit where the vote comes from. They just dump a bunch of ballots in the middle of the table and we count them by top candidate. It’s not sufficient if fraud is suspected.
We are a small county. I counted 2,000 absentee and 400 from a precinct.
There were some paper differences (they had two batches printed) but I saw no post it’s or anything else strange. There’s no way to know where those ballots came from or who cast them and I didn’t see anything challenged. We had two teams each with 2 Dems and 2 Reps. We’d count and then they’d count after our team. The system at that level seems effective. My concern is there’s no way to know if the ballots are cast by legal eligible voters.

Yes, I can watch Pluto.tv as long as I'm connected to a US IP address. I have not tried it with Netflix. Sometimes Netflix blacklists IP addresses. I do know Mullvad has a number of configurations you can set it up with so that it looks less like you're using a VPN. Contact Mullvad support and they will help you. They really are the best VPN service out there. I can't imagine not having one. There are so many sites that I need to change my IP address to use properly. Even some YouTube videos will not stream depending on your geographic location. Same with radio stations back in the US. A lot of things actually. Some of my accounts at various websites freak out if I don't log in with an IP address that's geographically close to the US state I used to live in. etc. etc. A VPN helps all of that.

Yes, I can watch Pluto.tv as long as I'm connected to a US IP address. I have not tried it with Netflix. Sometimes Netflix blacklists IP addresses. I do know Mullvad has a number of configurations you can set it up with so that it looks less like you're using a VPN. Contact Mullvad support and they will help you. They really are the best VPN service out there. I can't imagine not having one. There are so many sites that I need to change my IP address to use properly. Even some YouTube videos will not stream depending on your geographic location. Same with radio stations back in the US. A lot of things actually. Some of my accounts at various websites freak out if I don't log in with an IP address that's geographically close to the US state I used to live in. etc. etc. A VPN helps all of that.
You can't use a VPN for everything. For example, Wikipedia won't let you edit pages if they determine you're using a VPN. But in reality, 95% of the time sites do ultimately work fine.
