Dude what? Read both the PA and Michigan lawsuits, both have several pages of appendices containing actual witness sworn testimonies who are ready to testify in court. They were there in the counting locations and they have given their views

Whether it’s enough is anyone’s guess but they have certainly put the info out there

The MI even alleges vote switching and IMO is more stronger than the PA one

I'm not sure you are thinking this process through.

Are you 100% sure he wants to 'SLAM' them in the state courts, or just flip the states that are egregiously errant in multiple ways?

If he is playing and planning to 'Drain The Swamp' he wouldn't put all the federal evidence in the hands of the state courts initially. There will, and apparently already is, a Federal investigation starting to unfold. As that investigation grows and the lower level actors start to squeal, do you think it should play out in the courts or in the Federal investigative arena first?

How did Rudy take down the Gambino crime family? He didn't file suit with all the information in the original petition. It's better to keep a dynamic assault for a dynamic playing field. Aren't you curious as to why some of the major players on the democratic side are starting to say that Trump is a dictator VP needs to use 25th amendment to get him out immediately or he will do something dangerous?

I really wouldn't think, with the President signing into law on October 21st 2020 that election machine hacking is a 'federal' crime, that he would want to show that hand to the state courts. What say you?

You may very well be right. I stand by my criticism though that Trump's team is too small vis-a-vis fighting in close states.

What I've learned from posting here, and lurking for much longer before that is that this place is filled with people a lot brighter than anyone on the outside would ever care to admit. That said, for this particular cause, we're working on an incredibly short timeline. If information from us is making it's way into Lin Wood's evidence portfolio, that's great, but any delays are costly.

If any federal investigation is to bear fruit, it has to CONCLUDE before December 12th and yield results to warrant staying the convening of the electoral college, or the electors will meet based on flawed information, likely voting for Joe Biden. THAT MUST NOT HAPPEN.

We can't be shy about this. There's very little time before ALL the cards have to be put on the table.

This part is not true. There is no precedent for what we are currently experiencing.
PA House said they will not send electors at all if the investigation is not completely done. I assume the other Republican houses in swing states may very well tow that line as well. That would result in no one getting to 270 and then sending back to the states, where the red states outnumber the blue, for a '1 vote per state' cast.

That's amazing news! Where can I find the statement from the PA House?

Has the lawsuit in Michigan been published yet? The one Rudy mentioned yesterday.

Yes I made a post about it already. It mention "malfunctioning" Dominion machines.
