Wouldn’t Dominion have had employees sign NDA’s? Any lawyer pedes help with this one? Can they “get around” an NDA?

NDAs don't cover criminal activity.

Partially true. Sometimes criminal activity does not have proper punishment (like in some states child abuse). Some people do not have a gun because in many places you need a million dollars to begin to defend yourself.

Not a lawyer, but I think that whistleblowing allows you to violate NDAs.
