If that were the only fraud, yes. It's likely that all forms of fraud we're used in this election, though. We also need to make sure we get the courts to throw out ballots that don't have a clear chain of custody back to a legal voter. Ballot stuffing is possibly the bigger issue here.
From what I've been reading an audit would work great. These retards marked all of the fraudulent ballots with the DOB 1/1/1900. This is a designation of a protected identity for people that are hiding from an abusive spouse so that they can't be doxxed. They thought they could hide behind this protected status but really they just signed their work. Bunch of door knobs.
We know it's not the only fraud, but it was enough to flip several states. Manual counting should 100% flip for Trump. On top of that, we have millions of fraudulent ballots to be removed, and the process of hand-counting always reveals even more fraud ballots.

Not sure. I would hope that ballots have some chain of custody back to a voter, but knowing how screwed up our system is, maybe not.
