Sometimes with stuff like this you can’t, it looks too suspcious. Photos are still and won’t change/show anything, and to video a person you have to get consent-red flag-retribution-being kicked out and not being able to do anything
It’s still a consent thing- we don’t know if the recorded evidence can be used in court yet or not. It depends on who recorded it and how it was obtained. Like it or not, we still have to follow wiretapping laws.
