Not a lawyer, but I think if you stand to gain from illegal actions you're also on the hook. Especially when it's making national news and it's impossible to be unaware. If he were on the level he'd be requesting investigations as well. Honest men don't want to win a hollow victory.

They have to prove he knew about the illegal actions. Otherwise I could rob a liquor store, donate the money to Trump, and have him arrested.

TBH I think they probably have him insulated, all crime goes through one or two key players - and unless they flip, he'll be safe.

If you bought a new BMW from a guy on craigslist for $100, knowing full well that car is worth far more, and you buy it anyway, you can/will be charged.

If Biden was calling for clarity, validation, and justice for the ballots that ARE fraud. You could make an argument for him.

He knows it's not on the level, and he's doing nothing about it.

You can catch charges, but they won't be able to convict unless they can prove you knew. And it's notoriously hard to prove knowledge/intent.

And because Biden is a swamp creature they won't charge him on things that won't stick. They wouldn't even charge hillary despite having hard proof.

I fully believe he knows, and his dementia-slips prove it, but there's no way he goes down for this in the swamp that is DC :'(

Exactly right about how he should be seeking investigation as well.

If someone says there is election fraud, you don’t say “fuck you you crazy stupid dictator! You are undermining our democracy!”

You say “that is a very serious claim to make. Let’s see the evidence and investigate. No stone should go unturned to keep faith in our democracy.”
