Regardless of the outcome of this fiasco, the US is going to end up with roughly half of its population who doesn't recognise the legitimacy of those in power, or the electoral process that put them there.
The media and big tech aren't going anywhere, they're going to just get more and more brazen, and the dems election meddling infrastructure isn't going to go anywhere either. If Trump could have done anything about them he would have, and if he wins this time his time is up in 2024, then what?
In the long term I really don't see how this mess can be resolved without a civil war.
