Raffensperger said he will select which races to audit, and then his staff will compare a certain number of paper ballots to the computer tallies.

If there's no envelope you can't audit the validity of the ballot. If you pick and choose the race to audit you can surely pick a few they didn't care to rig.

Audit the presidential race where we know there is fraud at all levels and steps. Stacks of fake votes and computer glitches in their favor.
