GA is a dominion state so if the hand recounts differ from the machine counts is that grounds for recounts in all states wit those systems?

the computer results are set. they cant be redone. if the software was bunk then it wont match the hand count. i assume the ballots were all under lock and key and you cant just chuck them because the totals wont match.

The only thing they could`ve done is creating ballots that match a fake machine count. If these stand to scrutiny an audit is another question.

They could not fool an audit. Too much fraud to fix. Best they could hope for is fixing the counts, but that will be exposed in an audit and they know it so I doubt they did that. Their defense will likely be "OH IT WAS JUST A GLOOOOOOTCH SO WE CANT GO TO JAIL".

They're printed ballots. Printed from that machine. There's not much stopping them from printing up stacks of them.

Yes, Once counted the ballots are put into a locked box and kept for 22 months.

Democrats are FUCKED in Georgia!

If this is the libs way of stalling until nothing more can be done, I'm gonna be pissed.

It will definitely be an exhibit in lawsuits demanding recounts in other states.

If they differ significantly it's grounds for pitchforks.

significantly bad for a scan system is over .005% difference? even less?

Half of one percent is 5,000 incorrect votes per million cast. In a tight race yeah that's a huge difference.

The hand count will differ, even if just due to human error, the question is if it differs by a relevant amount.

They should hand count in batches with a machine count to check each batch and recount the batch if different

the already do that in the original election. They sample ballots and double check throughout using each method.
