Well explain for us. I keep hearing that you can't see who the vote was made by - that it's just a ballot that anyone could have marked. If there is a name and signature still on it, then that's great.

There are no watermarks. That was a false rumor. I heard this personally after I asked a Trump campaign member on the ground in Philadelphia.
Why would a random campaign member know anything about it?
They have found ballots under a rock in the fields. I have very little dougbt that they have some way of searching for/checking them.
