Well technically that post forgot to scan votes flipped from Biden to Trump. So his numbers are completely off. However my theory is the program rebalances once in a while to cover its tracks since it communicates to all the other machines connected online. This is why you see these flips go to even 3rd party. Its constantly recalculating the best percentage. And I can bet that if Biden got 2Mil votes, Trump got 1 Mil votes. Still giving Biden an advantage. with Trump -1M and Biden +1M
