you can be fired for any reason or no reason.

It's on you to prove why when you claim unemployment, business will just deny it and claim COVID downsizing

I got a feeling if you have a medical issue that prevents you from wearing a mask, and they fire you it would violate to American Disability Act (ADA). NOT 100% sure. Lawyer pedes?

After I work i stopped at a gas station for gas and one of the employee's didnt have one on others did but not the one. It would all be about company policy.
