correct. Hand recount is how they found the MI county with 6000 votes in the machine that went to the wrong person. This will reveal all of the dominion fraud.
That is my concern as well. I understand that you can check that the machine count was accurate, but how you can't tell if they pulled in extra votes in the middle of the night?
They counted everything! Ballots with illegal dates, no dates, no signatures, only Biden oval filled in, and many other problems. There will be so many ballots tossed that Trump will win by a large number....

They are supposed to discard all ballots that do not adhere to law in the hand recount. However;
'Who watches the watchmen?"
To start I think it detects if software changed votes. They would then be counted correctly.
