I hope this isn't a way to just reinforce the "everything is fine" narrative. There's no chain of custody, so no way to definitively prove a vote was forged. Does this process check for dead voters, maidengate, CoA? No point to count faulty ballots twice... unless Dominion fucked up REALLY hard.
