while I believe Biden carried california (even if there is a major audit) so it probably was safe to call CA for Biden right when polls closed this Virginia call was probably one of the biggest "WHAT?" moments from election night. I dont mean calling the state for Biden but calling it immediately even though all the early numbers showed the President to be up big and then "some people did something" and Biden won the state in the literal 13th hour.
