Something odd may have happened in VA. Trump was up by a few-hundred-thousand votes with 90+% counted. Fairfax County (very blue) had not yet been counted at that point. I believe all other major Dem areas had been tallied or were near completion. Fairfax has a total of 761,000 registered voters. Biden ended up winning VA by over 400,000 votes. There's no way he had that many votes coming out of Fairfax.
