Get a VPN and find a good torrent site. Or, go to a local thrift store that you trust, buy used physical media, rip the movies or music onto your HD or server, then donate the physical media to a Conservative family member or friend so they can do the same. If nobody wants it then give it back to the trusted thrift store so they can earn a bit more off of it.
As for our Elder Pedes that are not super technically inclined please take the time to show them a way that works for them.
