Now link the info in that case referencing the "malware on the memory sticks used to program the ballots" to the current election's PA "theft of laptop and memory sticks" https://thedonald.win/p/11Q8Sf5ygm/sep-30th-2020--memory-sticks-to-/c/ Relevant text from Georgia case:
"During the case, plaintiffs argued that the DREs posed several cybersecurity risks to Georgia’s elections, including that they could be infected with malware designed to steal votes from one candidate and assign them to a rival. The machines themselves are not connected to the internet, but witnesses called during the case told the court that they could still be infected with malicious code installed on the memory cards that upload digital ballots."

EDIT for clarity: The Georgia race did not apparently suffer the Glitch, but the reason they did NOT is because they were forced to stop using the OLD (also Dominion) machines which were not secure. BUT those same old style Dominion machines ARE being used by the other battleground states. The Georgia court case simply explains WHY the old ones were vulnerable and HOW the scam could be run. Now, we are seeing the scam implemented in those other states

Ron Watkins, former 8kun admin, obtained a copy of the Dominion Voting System user manual and is posting screenshots and analysis of the system on Twitter.
He is asking for assistance if anyone reading this has more technical knowledge. Worth your time to read his thread.

https://twitter.com/CodeMonkeyZ/status/1326543648348020736

Pretty new to commenting on this board, so please excuse my ignorance -- trying to get better. What Ron is working on might help thedonald.win team working on Audit the Election. If anyone knows how to get the info to them, it might help.

Some of the questions he has:

  1. Trying to figure out what a split rotation is and why you would want to enforce a maximum deviation on it. There is nothing in the manual that explains it beyond just this screen.

The manual describes most things in excruciating detail, but this ONE SETTING has no information about it.

  1. Why does the Dominion Voting System user manual say to not enter a password? Why are they using digital certificates without passwords?

  2. (His comment) -- Check this out. AES128 algorithm is ok if done right.

Lets check if they did it right: "all participants in the process use the same encryption keys."

What?

"all participants..." "...use the same encryption keys."

Yes. If you’re going to cheat, have something to blame it on. Then the media will report it once and bury it under the lies of “Trump cancelled the people’s voice.” I think many people in government already know.

If Biden won then the riots should stop right? Then why is Ron DeSantis preparing his state for riots???

I keep hearing they're supposed to keep paper ballot records for at least 22 months. Dems keep trying to get this removed in various cities/states.

72
BidenHunter 72 points ago +72 / -0

They can't. It's federal law. Yet, a bunch of states are not in compliance. We need lawsuits against these states to force them to do what federal law requires.

Just because your state does not have a law against doing X (where x='destroying ballots before that date), does not mean you can ignore a federal prohibition on that.

3
Vir4030 3 points ago +3 / -0

Why wouldn't we keep them for 22 years?

59
Granite_MAGA 59 points ago +59 / -0

MA destroys ballot images as soon as the vote is tallied.

Some districts have machines that shred them immediately after.

All for transparency, of course.

35
MyUsername 35 points ago +35 / -0

If they do that, the voting is void.

10
iamherefortheluls 10 points ago +13 / -3

that's where 'states get to decide how to run their own election' bit comes in

and before any one thinks that the remedy is 'feds should decide' imagine Biden getting certified and saying 'All state elections now run on Dominion. and you have to shred paper ballots just as MA does'

10
sahMsNt38 10 points ago +10 / -0

There's federal law requiring it. As the Federal government is the recipient, they need to ensure minimum federal standards for the election to be valid.

states get to decide how to run their own election

This understanding was so strong until 2018, the FBI wouldn't investigate voter fraud, ever. Trump changed that, of course.

4
Persistence1 4 points ago +4 / -0

Lol that’s exactly where were at dumbass, feds dont get to run the elections but they should be able to dictate and force states to being able to check on the elections

2
Vir4030 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's why I'm so glad when I hear about state congresspeople weighing in on this. They're the ones that should be fighting to make sure their state's elections are accurate.

1
Granite_MAGA 1 point ago +1 / -0

Someone is going to have to FORCE them to stop then.

13
JimmyJam 13 points ago +13 / -0

the problem with these machines is that the paper ballot that it generates could be flawed if the tabulation was flawed during input - let's say you choose candidate A but candidate B is tabulated and the paper receipt is printed as candidate B - the only system that makes sense to me is a system in which at the paper ballot is marked by the voter and scanned - the paper ballot then is saved. A paper receipt generated by the machine that is not verified by the voter is almost useless. Sure it can prevent against the numbers being changed downstream, but it does not protect against software fuckery at the time of vote.

3
ShrikeDeCil 3 points ago +3 / -0

ShikeVotingSystem:

First, ID,etc to get to go to the 'voting booth', which is a computer for all the choices/etc. So you click buttons "Trump" or "Biden"

But that's merely the "Ballot Preparation Stage" - it prints a ballot that has only your choices on it in clear, unambiguous terms (on security paper, with special ink, and a block of crypto). This entire computer and everything about it is basically useless to "hack" - it makes a nice printout.

State of Washington Official Ballot

Precinct 17

Federal:

  1. President of the United States: Donald J. Trump.

  2. Vice-President of the United States: Mike Pence

Washington State:

  1. Governor: Lauren Culp

  2. Lieutenant Governor: (write in) Joshua Freed

This isn't even official until you go to the desk, "Yeah, this is my final decision" and it gets a stamp "Officially Accepted" and logged, etc. Note that there's a spot here for the voter to say "This is effed up entirely", stamp their own ballot "Spoiled" and trade that for permission to go back to the computer... Handing after that point can continue in different directions.

This is similar to yours, but should make it wildly implausible to have "ballot curation" - which is jut begging for insanity.

I don't understand how CODE can be introduced into a system designed to simply count something, that gets it to randomly flip some of those counts to reflect something it wasn't ever in the first place..

It's not a glitch, it's a feature.

4
DJT_JR6544 4 points ago +4 / -0

It is glooooootch

1
bdog 1 point ago +1 / -0

Voting machines are just simple computers usually running older versions of Windows. Unfortunately they were never designed or set up with concern for security, and neither have tabulation/database software or central tabulation network.

1
RiverFenix 1 point ago +1 / -0

Idk, I would imagine the OS on them isn't even windows, but more like an Android OS with a very simple Election App running..

the code for the Election App was probably written and tested by a small handful of democrats/unwitting developers/bad QA

5
kag-2020- 5 points ago +5 / -0

"Chinese malware"

3
iamherefortheluls 3 points ago +3 / -0

for that, we need evidence of more than 1 'glitch'

So far we have Antrim county in Michigan and thats it.

In Georgia there was a county where the machines went down for a while - harmful to election, but not nearly same glitch as in Antrim.

We also have a bunch of suspicious counts coming out, but it would take a recount to verify.

2
tremendous_trump2020 2 points ago +2 / -0

Oakland county in Michigan had a similar "glitch" as the one in Antrim. One of the local races was mistakenly called for the democrat on election night based on the faulty data. By the next morning a clerk discovered the error and corrected it, which resulted in the republican actually winning and the county flipping from blue to red where it belonged.

1
iamherefortheluls 1 point ago +1 / -0

yeah, forgot to list that. THey haven't provided details of how that happened though (to compare if the 'glitch' was similiar to Antrim) and no one followed up on it in the news...

I've seen a bit too many glitch stories here that no one followed up on.

2
SurlyBastage [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

The point is that the Glitch is occurring in PA/MI and other states not Georgia. The mechanism for the fraud that is taking place in those places...is outlined in the records of this case.

It was. They have paper ballots to count.

10
HuggableBear 10 points ago +10 / -0

It was. All of Georgia's old direct recording systems were replaced with a system that prints a paper ballot and then scans that as it is stored.

Assuming the QR code with your votes actually matches what the English language printout says you voted for, and assuming that the the QR scanner doesn't alter it in the scanning process, and assuming there is no alteration between scanning and uploading, and assuming that there is no alteration between tabulation and transmission to the SOS office, it's as secure as a digital voting system can be.

Most importantly, there is in fact a paper trail for every voter. Well, every in-person voter, at least, including early votes. I'm not sure how the mail votes are processed. That seems like a spot ripe for fraud.

But at least we have paper ballots for most of the votes and can double check numbers on paper ballots against the reported tabulations if the SOS would get off his ass and order a hand recount.

The vendor installed an update the night before the election according to an elections supervisor in Spalding county. Apparently, it was done without the knowledge of election officials and the supervisor says she doesn't even know what was on the update.

Ridley said that a representative from the two companies called her office after poll workers began having problems with the equipment Tuesday morning. The representative said the problem was due to an upload to the machines by one of their technicians overnight, Ridley told POLITICO.

Here is a 2019 Root article going into some of this and how thousands of votes disappeared, I dont know if they looked into vote switching there. They cite the same Coalition for Good Governance in this suit. - https://archive.is/712UM#selection-1423.230-1423.300

This is a good article to read to review their analysis they used and thinking about using it on this election.

Article title: Thousands of Black Votes in Georgia Disappeared and No One Can Explain It

(and I don't think it was a disenfranchising thing there, but probably a failure that affected the candidate those voters were voting for)

“The disparity in undervote rates by voting technology strongly suggests that malfunction, misconfiguration, bugs, hacking, or other error or malfeasance caused some DREs [direct recording electronic voting machines] not to record votes in the lieutenant governor’s contest,” Stark explained, according to court documents.

1
WildSauce 1 point ago +1 / -0

There should be zero computers involved in voting. Zero. The moment your vote is handled by a computer it is subject to compromise, and the integrity of the election is uncertain. We should have 100% in-person voting, with voter ID and paper ballots. Those paper ballots should all be counted by hand. This would make elections require more manpower, but we would know that they are secure.

1
ObjectiveReality 1 point ago +1 / -0

And as a result they moved to Dominion!

You can't make this shit up. The move away fraud fraud vulnerability left a hole wide open for a second avenue of fraud.

2
SurlyBastage [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

I think an important point is being missed and its my fault for not being clear. The Georgia race did not apparently suffer the Glitch, but the reason they did NOT is because they were forced to stop using the OLD dominion machines which were not secure. BUT those same old style Dominion machines ARE being used by the other battleground states. The Georgia court case simply explains WHY the old ones were vulnerable and HOW the scam could be run. This shows that they shouldn't be used anywhere.

1
SAW2TH 1 point ago +1 / -0

Looks to me like the judge had good intentions to try to bring back the paper trail - who could know that Dominion was waiting to swoop in and fill the void.

1
Lionkitty 1 point ago +1 / -0

I voted on November 3 in person. Walked in with DL and voter ID card to listed polling location, they took my DL and I think scanned it and had me digitally sign. They gave me a card to insert into computer where I cast my vote and it printed out a ballot which I feed into a machine. So the feeding machine is what counts the votes, and this is the point a vote could be switched? Is there anyway my printed out ballot could be reproduced changing my vote? In other words is my vote more secure for a hand recount then a mailed in ballot vote?

2
SurlyBastage [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

I THINK that your vote is safe; that is the point of the new paper-trail machines. The previous machines lacked a paper-trail and that's why they were effectively outlawed in Georgia. The point though is that the old machines ARE still being used in PA and MI and other critical states.
