I think an important point is being missed and its my fault for not being clear. The Georgia race did not apparently suffer the Glitch, but the reason they did NOT is because they were forced to stop using the OLD dominion machines which were not secure. BUT those same old style Dominion machines ARE being used by the other battleground states. The Georgia court case simply explains WHY the old ones were vulnerable and HOW the scam could be run. This shows that they shouldn't be used anywhere.
And as a result they moved to Dominion!
You can't make this shit up. The move away fraud fraud vulnerability left a hole wide open for a second avenue of fraud.
