He was black, and it has come to be used as reference to black criminals (in particular looters) who commit crimes under the umbrella of social justice/protest (BLM).

In a strange way, that actually makes sense and I believe you when you say that's the intent. I say that because even as a black person, I feel a certain type of way towards liberal blacks and liberal (ghetto) inner city blacks and I sometimes have certain colorful terms I use in my head when they anger me, such as looting and lately helping with this voting fraud. So I understand that a lot of anger and racism is often directed at them.
The problem is, nobody knows people's intent, especially if they are new here. Then a video was released showing that in fact the black guy had just a few min before gone into a house that he had no permission to be in. In a strange way, that actually makes sense and I believe you when you say that's the intent. I say that because even as a black person, I feel a certain type of way towards liberal blacks and liberal (ghetto) inner city blacks and I sometimes have certain colorful terms I use in my head when they anger me, such as looting and lately helping with this voting fraud. So I understand that a lot of anger and racism is often directed at them.
The problem is, nobody knows people's intent, especially if they are new here. I stopped using racial epithets altogether after I realized that every interaction I've ever had with black and hispanic people, since I've been in this country have not only been positive, but friendly beyond regular friendliness. Sooo the MSM kept saying that the black guy was "Just a jogger" yet the black guy didn't live anywhere near there. He was wearing like steel toed boots and was wearing pretty much the opposite a jogger would wear. Then a video was released showing that in fact the black guy had just a few min before gone into a house that he had no permission to be in.
