(b)Whoever knowingly uses intimidation, threatens, or corruptly persuades another person, or attempts to do so, or engages in misleading conduct toward another person, with intent to—
(1)influence, delay, or prevent the testimony of any person in an official proceeding;
(2)cause or induce any person to—
(A)withhold testimony, or withhold a record, document, or other object, from an official proceeding;
He did actually state he was intimidating and scaring him, haha! Where is that in the official inspector general and/or internal affairs interrogation classes???
Talk about 'not a good look' - it seems like multiple departments from the governers, AGs, SOS, USPS, Poll Workers, Etc. were all in on it. This is a super coordinated effort that is astounding. Also, were they that brazen to do this with thousands and thousands of workers and not think that any patriots would step up and come forward (forget about party affiliations and all that) to expose at least portions of the fraud.
I'm starting to be able to mentally piece together the picture that is being painted and this is a massive fraud that is definitely federal, spans tons of departments and if the investigation is done correctly will have many people (in both parties: Democrat and Republican) out of office and in jail for a long time.

Yup, the Agent said Senators and the DOJ were involved.
Who are the senators giving the marching orders for this country's preeminent law enforcement agency to strong-arm a citizen?
The penalty is max 20 years, and he's busted cold. He would get the maximum.
Agent had better be flipping on whoever in his chain of command sent him, all the way up to the Senators, who doubtless have a [D] by their names.
This is HUGE... and super-actionable.
