I have met people from Orange County who are Republican and they are nothing like the people in rural or suburban PA.

But in this case, anyone who is of the greater Midwestern culture is going to lean heavily Trump. Cosmopolitan culture leans heavily Biden. But cosmopolitan culture has been crumbling under COVID (duh), so even those who used to be cosmopolitan are getting more in tune with local culture.
