In what upside down world does an audit or investigation validate claims that are “baseless”. The very cornerstone of our society is one that investigates claims in a non-partisan manner to get to the truth. Anyone who balks at the idea of these issues going to the courts, or 3rd party investigations, is immediately extremely suspect.
