Who gets to count? I would hope hand counts are allowed to be supervised as well. Trust in these blue cities is zero. How about an audit? Why were they allowed to 'cure' ballots for 3-5 days following the election?
If the ballots where they tracked down residents after the fact and had them sign it are allowed to remain, then GA may stab blue.
hand count will take a long time
actually verifying signatures, names against registry, calling people to see if they voted in this election, did they request a ballot, etc. --- will take 1,000 volunteers months
just worried they are going to count ballots and the all of the artificial mail-ins are going to count even if they are dead, moved out of state, or failed to vote.
