My two best friends in college were Muslim women and they were the nicest people I ever met. At the same time it wasnt hard to notice the oppression that they frequently faced from their religion and how they tried to rationalize it away like a battered woman with a black eye.
At the same time, while all Muslims are obviously not violent zealots, a huge chunk of them believe suicide bombings are acceptable in situations. So calling out those millions of people who believe that wouldnt be stereotyping them.
