Did you know that votes are not whole numbers in our voting software? Shocking but true. There is even an option on most voting software systems for something called Weighted (Fractional) Voting. Word is that it is included as an option on Soros-linked Dominion Voting System's machines! See the links below for examples.

Why does this weighted voting feature even exist on our national voting systems? It should be banned. The only reason that I can imagine that such a feature is built in to the voting system is to help Dominion or other companies in a competitive process to win the deals to sell their machines to corrupt nations and dictators. These despots don't want any surprises in the voting results and want to pull off invisible voter fraud.

In our 2020 case, it seems, the deplorables don't get one vote each citizen but instead only get a fraction of one vote. It's sort of like a modern day version of the 1787 3/5's Compromise where a slave is counted as a fraction of other humans. Deplorable voters in some precincts are in and around 3/5's of a whole human vote! On the other hand, Biden voters are more than 1 human - super human!**

Here is one of the election software company's help page on how to turn on weighted voting option:

On a similar note, even if not selected as an option on the software, it can be superimposed as malware (think Hammer and Scorecard). Watch this demonstration video with Bennie Smith (who was on Dr. Shiva's recent video on evidence of an algorithm used in 2020 Election) for how easy it is to use Weighted voting or malware to manipulate our voting systems:

The only close example I would have where a legal form of weighted voting is used would be in corporate elections where one class of shares gets more votes than others. Otherwise, it would seem to just be for Banana Republics. For example, Dominion is used in VENEZUALA.

Ironically, some of our biggest tech masters of the universe own special shares that each have more votes than the mere mortals who own common stock in these public companies. Google's Brin & Page and Facebook's Zuckerberg all have such super preferred shares so it is easy to see how they would be fans of bringing this weighted voting in our US elections. The elites want more votes than the deplorables!
