This analysis URGENTLY needs to be pursued. He implied in his YouTube video that the "weighted race" feature of voting software was used to summarily transfer votes from Trump to Biden.

The video was compelling.

He needs to share the data sources so others can replicate. And investigators need to get hands on the machines from those counties and see how the software was configured!
