RESPONSE: should anyone try to argue with you that we overburdened the USPS, time to wise up!! Adding a mail in ballot into the postal system and returning that ballot in a one months period is adding just two pieces of mail over a 30 day period!! How many pieces of junk mail do you get each day?? Do you think the postal system can’t handle delivering two extra pieces of (paid) mail in a month??? Ridiculous.
Receiving as in someone made a request (assuming they had one, filled it in on their behalf, etc) and the machine sends the real person a ballot in a 'normal' process? that is huge.... Did those people vote? and if so what does the record say....

And then they don't postmark it when you send it in and it counts!
Aren't ballots supposed to be blank? I'd worry if they weren't...
