Or, what they could do is take the average percentage of mail in ballots for that county of Biden votes vs Trump votes and deduct the number of votes based on that percentage. In other words, if you have 200,000 ballots that need to be thrown out and Biden won that county by 70%, then Biden's count goes down by 70% of 200,000, or 140,000 votes; Trump's would go down 30% of 200,000, or 60,000, giving Trump a net gain of 80,000 votes.
Honestly this cries cover-up. Especially since they already violated a the law, and a reminder of that law from alito. They knew this was coming and yet they still did this. It's looking more like civil "unrest" is inevitable.... :(
If you are like me you sign and date an envelope after sealing. I’m sure that makes an impression on the enclosed ballot. I doubt they have time to check each and everyone of them for indent writing/second page writing, but they could potentially check a sample of the questionable mail in ballots. Or check for an indent from someone bubbling in only Biden on stacked ballots. Unless they are all perfectly uniformly stacked, each of these ballots would potentially have indent from the previous ballot.
CA for sure has recount laws where all mail in and provisional envelopes are required for the recount. I didn't look into PA, but I'm going to guess, yes they are needed.

The ballots are all mixed together and there is nothing to match a ballot to a voter for "voter anonymity".
The people in charge of ballot security ARE the corrupt people. They have deliberately engineered a flawed system to protect them, not the voters.

OR... the SCOTUS should just invalidate last minute rules of allowing mail in ballots (absentee votes should still be allowed).
If true this would open the door for a clear challenge but again, time is of the essence and those who orchestrated this election fraud know that.
