I don't think I kept my check sheet but I looked at historical results of previous elections and marked which ones were Republican and which ones had not been finished and it was mostly Republican counties that had remaining precincts to be reported after the shutdown trump's very tight race mysteriously became a Biden run away.
This dove tails well into the hypothesis that they are skimming Republican heavy turn out because if Biden was down by 2000 votes with Mostly predominant Republican county's the gap would sky rocket because the algo goes into overdrive skimming Republican votes Basically Rhode Island had really great Republican turnout and at around 11 o'clock trump was within 2000 votes of winning Rhode Island with predominantly Republican precincts left to report
these precincts had very high turn out the algo skimmed off those republicans and gave them to Biden and viola tight trump win possibly gets turned into a Biden dunk
