It is, but we aren't in court with them, and they are going to hold whatever it is close until they go to court.

Don’t let the opposition know what hit em until discovery when all evidence has already been gathered.

If not, it would tip them off on what to destroy and who.

As is they have to panic about everything, even the stuff we don't know about yet, and they're more likely to make mistakes.
