I honestly think there is so much going on behind the scenes right now, probably more then we will ever know because I would imagine some of the tactics are classified.
I have this theory about something with the ballots and how lots of people had multiples show up to their house sometimes like hundereds, I think they were bait ballots used to find the fraud and give people who would commit fraud and easy path, then when they are scanned, the scanner would know it's a fake ballot.
Oh... I bet more then that, it could be a plant, or someone who worked in the company DURING the election.
