If the election is thrown out and one representative from each state votes, do some websites get to keep all the money? I ask because I know "predictit.org" says specifically "Which party will win the Electoral College?" not "which candidate will win?"

Always depends on the description. Some bets used CNN as their conclusion website, so even if Trump still wins, people who used that bet lost.

The bets I bought use the information provided by the Department of State in those States.

Or the inauguration on January 20th. So if Trump wins but somehow dies before inauguration, I lose my money too.

I don't think it's possible for them to keep the money. It's always either a win or a lose.
