I agree that fraud was obvious, and that proving it is much harder, but I won't base anything on what a trial attorney proclaims.
Attorneys will literally say anything, 90% of them literally get paid to lie in a way that can't be called a lie. Defense attorneys will stand in court and proclaim their client is innocent when they know damn well they are guilty, it is just part of the job.
Lets hope that Rudy and the rest of them have some fire, and not just a bunch of smoke, because the fate of the country depends on it.

Sydney Powell is the biggest one for me. She does not seem to do the bullshit hype game.
With Flynn she underplayed her hand in PR circles the whole time. Every time she indicated something substantial was coming, it happened. And the new information was always material to the crime. The judge ignored it but she did not over state anything when saying what she knew.
